A little bit about me...
I was born in Fairfax, Virginia which is located just outside of Washington, DC. I spent most of my childhood in Virginia before relocating to Denver, Colorado. I moved to Florida in 2003 to attend the University of South Florida and be close to my dad. After receiving my associates degree, I found an oppurtunity to become a certified teacher abroad. After completing the program, I moved to Costa Rica where I taught English for two years. Once I returned to Florida, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education at the University of North Florida. I taught for Duval County for four years before coming to Seaside Community Charter School. I love spending time outdoors and seeking thirilling adventures! I sure miss the beautiful Rocky Mountains, but living at the beach is quite the blessing! |
